Once your order is confirmed and fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email you provided at checkout. Here’s how to download your digital products:

1. Check your email inbox
   – Look for a message titled “Your order is ready” or “Order Confirmation” from our store.
2. Open the email and click “View your order”
   – This will redirect you to a download page.
   
3. Click the download link under each item to start downloading.

• Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see the email.
  
• Downloads are usually immediate once payment is completed.

• Download the file to your device
• Go to the Collection tab in your app and tap “+ Add New”
• Tap “Import from…”
• Select the saved file from your device
  

If the file still doesn’t open, it may be due to your app version or system settings. You can access the PNG folder and save individual stickers manually instead.

• Digital Files: Compatible with Goodnotes and other note-taking apps that support PNG and PDF formats.

• Fonts: Compatible with Goodnotes, Microsoft Word, and Procreate. (Feel free to contact us if you’re unsure about compatibility!)
